The rule of concord states an exception, that is when either or neither joins to subjects (one singular and the other plural)  the verb should be chosen by considering the nearer of the two subjects.

This means that if the second subject is plural the verb should be plural

'You' can take a plural form, therefore option B is the safest answer.
