Cirrus make up the high cloud and it is composed of ice-crystals, white and wispy. High clouds are cloud whose highest is between 6,000 m to 12,000m above the earth surface.

Stratus is one of the layers that make up the low cloud, altostratus is composed of water droplets partially covering the sky and it is also a part of middle cloud

Alto cumullus is also a distinct part of the middle cloud characterized by water droplets in layers with flattered bases in lines.

The high cloud is made up of three distinct parts which are cirrus, cirrocumulus, cirrostratus
